GalaxySports (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "the Site") is an online Sports Betting and casino service provider. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the GalaxySports website and mobile application.

• Accurate Information: You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth when registering. Inaccurate information will cause issues during KYC verification and may result in withdrawal delays.
• Account Security: Keep your password private. Do not share your account. Placing bets on someone else's account is strictly prohibited.
• KYC Verification: Before making a withdrawal, you will need to verify your identity using a national ID card or passport.

• Match Cancellation: If a match does not start or is not concluded within the scheduled time, GalaxySports reserves the right to refund the stake.
• Maximum Payout: A maximum payout limit applies per match. This limit varies depending on the market.
• Odds Error: If clearly incorrect odds are posted, GalaxySports reserves the right to void the result of the affected bet.
• Match Fixing: If there is any suspicion of match-fixing or betting based on insider information, GalaxySports will investigate and may withhold winnings pending the outcome.

• Limit Setting: Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from their account.
• Cooling-Off: You can pause your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: If you need a long-term break from betting, full self-exclusion is available.
• Age Verification: Age verification may be requested on any account where there is reasonable doubt.
